China drives global trade and innovation through open markets and services

Meanwhile, pilot reforms in 10 regions aim to optimize production factors like data and talent mobility. Manufacturing remains foundational, with green factories and 5G infrastructure expanding. Foreign trade grew 3.5% in early 2025, led by high-tech exports and Belt and Road partnerships, reinforcing China's role in reshaping global value chains.
