Meet tiny and giant in Hanma National Nature Reserve

The Hanma National Nature Reserve rests on the main ridges of the northern Greater Hinggan Mountains, one of the coldest regions in China. "Hanma" comes from the Ewenki language, meaning "source of the Jiliu River." Nearby the river, giant moose are bringing up fawns, and tiny spotted capercaillies are searching for a mate.
