Chang'e-5 lunar samples suggest water on moon kept in glass beads

A study led by the Chinese Academy of Sciences suggests that impact glass beads in lunar soils are a prime water reservoir candidate able to drive the lunar surface water cycle. Though the compound is of hydrogen only, researchers say it can be fully converted into water. Also, we learn about the first batch of images taken by China's hyperspectral comprehensive observation satellite released by the country's space authority and a breakthrough by Chinese tech giant Huawei in electronic design automation tools for chips produced at and above the 14-nanometer level.
