China's Peak Mission expedition reaches Mt. Qomolangma summit

China's Peak Mission expedition reached the summit of Mount Qomolangma, the world's highest peak, on Tuesday. On May 29, 1953, New Zealander Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay from Nepal summited man's first successful expedition to the top of the world. It will be 70 years this year.
