China see both gaps and progress in loss to Serbia at FIBA Basketball World Cup

China lost to Serbia 105-63 in their first game in Group B at the FIBA Basketball World Cup in Quezon, the Philippines, on August 26. In tennis, seven players from the Chinese mainland will participate in the singles events in this year's U.S. Open, which begins on September 28. It was China's first rhythmic gymnastics gold medal in world championships history.
