Dr Guo Bowei is the director of the Center for Research On Global Energy Strategy (CROGES) and an associate professor at the School of Applied Economics at Renmin University of China. He received his PhD from the Faculty of Economics at University of Cambridge. His research focuses on topics related to energy security, electricity market reform, and economic and energy restructuring towards carbon neutrality.
