"UniTea: Macao Tea Melody" brought together a number of young students from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan for a tea tasting and the chance to share their understanding of tea.
During the Ming Dynasty, tea culture flourished with a focus on simplicity, as brewing methods were simplified, moving away from the previous elaborate practices to just boiling water in kettles, steeping loose-leaf tea in clay teapots, and savoring it in small cups to enhance the aroma.
